For the first time this season, the Iowa Hawkeyes have finally cracked the top 10 of the AP poll.
After defeating Wisconsin, 20-10, at Camp Randall Stadium on Saturday, Iowa moved up four spots in the latest poll, which was released on Sunday, to seventh nationally.
The Hawkeyes, along with top-ranked Alabama, are the only two 7-0 teams in the Football Bowl Subdivision. Florida dropped to No. 2, followed by Texas, USC, Cincinnati, and Boise State.
Rounding out the top 10 after Iowa are Miami (Fla.), LSU, and TCU.
No. 7 Iowa travels to East Lansing, Mich., on Oct. 24 for a prime time battle with Michigan State.
