Authorities are currently investigating what they are calling a suspicious death in the Modern Manor Mobile Home Park near Iowa City.

According to a statement by Johnson County Sheriff Lonny Pulkrabek, deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity at 18 Expo Drive, just east of Scott Boulevard. They identified a female victim as 35-year-old Sarah McKay.

The investigation is being jointly handled by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, state Division of Criminal Investigation, state crime lab, Johnson County Attorney’s Office, and Johnson County Medical Examiner’s office.
