The Iowa men’s golf team leads the 17th annual Hawkeye Taylormade/Adidas Invitational heading into the second round of play on Saturday.
After trailing Miami (Ohio) for a majority of the opening round, the Hawkeyes posted an 18-hole score of 291 (plus-3).

In front of a reported crowd of 23,502, the Iowa Hawkeyes held their final practice of the spring inside Kinnick Stadium.

Iowa women’s basketball head coach Lisa Bluder announced that freshman Gabby Machado has asked for, and been granted, a release from her scholarship on Friday.
